Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Previous bartending experience required.
• Good command of English both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to pass a 10-year federal background check.
• Food Handler’s license and Responsible Beverage Service license or ability to obtain.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bartender (21+) to prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, maintain bar cleanliness and compliance, and deliver excellent customer service in our fast‑paced airport environment. The role requires strong mixology knowledge, the ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays. The expected pay rate is $25/hr.

Your activities

• Greet and engage customers with a smile in accordance with hospitality standards
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and SOPs
• Maintain an organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and taking orders
• Restock and maintain par levels, practicing FIFO rotation standards
• Buss and sanitize tables, wash dishes and dispose of trash following all SOPs
• Clean and wipe down surfaces, maintaining high levels of cleanliness at all times
• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors as needed or as instructed
• Assist with deliveries, stock rotation and organization of inventory
• Bid passengers a farewell and encourage their return
• Other duties as assigned

Your profile

• Bartenders must be 21 years of age or older
• Previous experience in bartending or similar role within the food or beverage industry required
• Strong knowledge of various drink recipes, mixology techniques and bar equipment
• Good command of the English language both verbal and written
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation to and from the airport
• Able to lift 50 lbs. without assistanceAbility to work efficiently in a fast‑paced restaurant setting
• Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift (8‑10 hrs.); walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching
• Positive attitude, excellent communication and willingness to get along with co‑workers
• Ability to pass a 10 yr. federal background check
• Food Handler’s license and Responsible Beverage Service license or the ability to obtain
• Willingness to work early mornings, late nights and/or weekends and holidays
