Job summary

Cosha Staffing & Consulting is seeking several full-time boring mill operators for the Cincinnati. The role involves running parts on a machine with a Fanuc IO controller, setting up parts and tools, reading prints, and maintaining tolerances.

Position typically requires 50–55 hours per week with Saturdays as normal, and candidates must be able to convert inch to metric and load/edit CNC programs as needed.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Fanuc Control systems.
• Ability to set up parts in the machine and to set tools.
• Able to convert inch to metric and read prints.
• Hold tolerances and identify required tools.
• Familiar with Vernier measuring equipment and angled surfaces.
• Load and edit CNC programs, run parts start to finish.
• Saturdays and 50–55 hour weeks are typical.

Job description

Cosha staffing is looking for several full-time boring mill operators He/She will be running the Cincinnati. It has a Fanuc IO controller.

This is normally a 50-55 hour a week job, with working Saturdays as a normal thing.

Sterling Height, MI

• Must be familiar with Fanuc Control systems.
• Must be able to set up parts in machine.
• Must be familiar with setting tools in machine.
• Must be able to convert inch-metric.
• Must be able to read prints.
• Must be able to hold tolerances listed on prints.
• Must be able to identify tools required to make parts.
• Must be familiar with reading measuring equipment "i.e. Verniers."
• Must be familiar with setting parts with angled surfaces.
• Must be able to load program.
• Must be able to run part from start to finish.
• Must be familiar with making minor edits to programs "i.e. changing a tool number to match what the programmer has listed on the tool list".
