Job summary

The Institute of International Education (IIE) invites applications for a Project Manager, DoW Programs, within the Boren Awards team. You will monitor participant progress, manage payments, ensure program compliance, and coordinate with partner institutions both domestically and overseas.

Required are a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of related experience, plus strong organizational, communication, and cross-cultural skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two (2) years of related work experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders and manage cross-cultural dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for outbound US student participants and partners.
• Monitor participant progress, outcomes, conduct, and program compliance.
• Manage participant payments and assist in financial tracking.
• Monitor safety and provide emergency support as needed.
• Maintain participant data in CRM and assist with data requests.
• Assist in planning regional and national events, including pre-departure orientations.
