Job summary

GridSource in Searcy, AR seeks a Bore Driller/Locator to join our field team. You will perform day-to-day drilling and locating duties, ensuring safe operations and compliance with NEC/OSHA standards in both rural and metro areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Working knowledge of construction, the National Electrical Code, OSHA regulations, state and local safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Drill and pull back conduits for outside plant fiber networks.
• Locate underground utilities and monitor locating process during drilling.
• Read prints and demonstrate good judgement in the field.
• Work as a team with supervisor, manager and other crew members.
• Perform duties adhering to safety procedures and policies.
