Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or successful completion of a full four-year course of study from an accredited college or university.
• Combination of general work experience and education may qualify for GL-5/7 levels.

Responsibilities

• Detect and question individuals suspected of violating immigration and customs laws.
• Patrol borders and nearby areas to deter illegal entry and contraband.
• Inspect documents and belongings to determine citizenship or violations.
• Interpret and follow physical evidence of illegal entry and contraband.
