• Experience in general law enforcement or public safety is considered.

Responsibilities

• Detect individuals suspected of immigration and customs violations and inspect documents.
• Prevent and apprehend undocumented persons and smugglers near borders, using surveillance methods.
• Interpret tracks and evidence of illegal entry, conduct checks and patrol designated areas.
• Patrol international boundaries and coastal waterways using a variety of assets.
