The ideal candidate has 3–10 years of relevant construction oversight, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency in MS Office and project management tools like Procore or Autodesk.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of relevant construction oversight experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; substitutions allowed (6 years’ experience for a degree; or associate’s +4 years).
• Experience reviewing technical data, progress reports, and pay estimates.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management software (Procore/Autodesk).
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day surveillance over field engineering activities for major construction projects.
• Monitor and control construction to ensure compliance with plans, specs, and safety standards.
• Review contractor schedules, assess progress data, and support pay estimates.
• Prepare daily reports detailing instructions, quantities, weather, progress, and issues.
• Provide guidance on safety and quality assurance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Travel between Del Rio and Laredo sector sites as required.
