Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial lines underwriting experience in Small Business (BOP) or similar.
• Strong understanding of property, liability, and pricing concepts.
• Proven ability to develop productive relationships with independent agents.
• Willingness to travel <30% annually and engage agents via multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, quote, negotiate, and produce new Small Business BOP accounts.
• Own new business production goals within assigned territory or agency group.
• Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities and follow up on quotes.
• Maintain underwriting discipline while seeking profitable growth.
