Tecovas, based in Austin, TX, is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver an unmatched customer experience on the sales floor. You will greet customers, sell products, and provide product knowledge while supporting stock and back-of-house duties.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 18+ years of age, and availability for 15-20 hours weekly including weekends. Compensation includes an hourly rate with incentives and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Availability to work 15-20 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver exceptional service on the sales floor.
• Sell products and share product knowledge to customers.
• Execute cash wrap and maintain accurate point-of-sale transactions.
• Receive shipments and stock shelves/restock as needed.
• Maintain organized stockroom and contribute to loss prevention.
