Job summary

Elite Fitness in Connecticut seeks a qualified fitness instructor to lead safe and engaging exercise classes for members of all levels. You will maintain certifications and follow club policies while delivering high-energy sessions that reflect the Elite brand.

Responsibilities include instructing classes, updating certifications, and providing excellent member service. A CPR certification and nationally recognized aerobics credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Maintain valid CPR Certification.
• AFAA, ACE or NASM certification preferred.

• Follow all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures.
• Understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Elite brand and model behavior in accordance with Elite mission statement.
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
• Follow all club/facility policies and procedures.
• Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbooks.
