Qualifications

• Prior line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Skilled with kitchen equipment and sanitation.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Attention to detail and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Cooking and completing items in a timely manner.
• Will use kitchen equipment for cooking and be responsible for the cleaning and breakdown of the station.
• Arranging and organizing the stations on the line.
• Preparing and Maintaining a clean workspace while you work.
• Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen.
• Preparing workstations to be set up to execute the items for the shift.
• Preparing, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen equipment.
• Checking the quality of the ingredients and ensuring only the most quality items are being used.
• Preparing ingredients and items using various techniques and cooking methods.
• Cooking food using various culinary techniques.
• Arranging food and organizing prepared items to ensure all items are handled with proper sanitation measures.
• Manage food storage, stock, and organization.
