The role emphasizes on-call readiness, incident management, and collaboration with Infrastructure, Network, and Security teams to resolve platform problems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting a production Boomi environment.
• Must be available for on-call support.
• Strong experience with Boomi Runtimes, Clusters, and Atom topology.
• Experience with installation, patching, upgrades, and high availability.
• Experience with monitoring, incident management, and ITSM tools.
• Understanding security, certificates, credentials, and networking.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity for integrations.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support for Boomi Runtimes, Clusters, and Atom topology.
• Troubleshoot runtime availability, deployment, connectivity, and performance issues.
• Administer installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and HA settings.
• Monitor health, capacity, logs, metrics, and process executions.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure, Network, and Security teams.
• Maintain runbooks and technical documentation.
• Develop monitoring, escalation, and incident-response procedures.
• Support disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning.
