Qualifications

• Proven experience operating a concrete boom pump or similar heavy equipment.
• CDL (Commercial Driver's License) preferred or required.
• Strong understanding of concrete pumping systems, hydraulics and boom operation.
• Ability to read job site layouts and communicate effectively with crew.
• OSHA safety regulations knowledge and job site best practices.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down boom pump equipment on residential and commercial job sites.
• Safely position and stabilize the pump truck using outriggers prior to operation.
• Coordinate with concrete truck drivers, foremen and crew to ensure smooth pours.
• Monitor concrete flow, pressure and boom placement during pours.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on pump trucks and related equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance, cleaning and minor repairs to keep equipment in top condition.
