Qualifications

• CDL (Class A or B preferred).
• 2+ years boom pump experience preferred.
• Clean driving record.
• Strong understanding of safety standards.
• Mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate boom pump safely, efficiently, and smoothly under all jobsite conditions.
• Manage pressure properly to reduce wear and prevent line blockages.
• Set up with precision — outriggers level, boom positioned intelligently, no shortcuts.
• Communicate clearly with contractors and finish crews to keep pours flowing.
• Conduct thorough daily inspections and maintenance logs.
• Maintain hopper, wear parts, clamps, gaskets, and reducers.
• Monitor hydraulic systems and pipeline integrity.
