Qualifications

• 2 years related hospitality experience: tasting room, bartender, barista or server.

• Professional, reliable, with impeccable punctuality and team dependability.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly smile and conduct tastings with flair.
• Educate guests on our story, wine philosophy, and bottle selections; support club sign-ups and events.
• Arrive on time for opening/closing; keep space pristine and organized for guests.
• Clear and sanitize tables, wash glassware, and assist in back-of-house tasks.

Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable, fun, and professional Wine & Spritz Bar Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, guiding guests through memorable wine flights and providing exceptional hospitality. Key Responsibilities:

• Hospitality & Service: Welcome guests with an authentic, friendly smile. Conduct tastings and offer special wine based spritz drinks with creativity and flair!
• Sales & Brand Ambassadorship: Educate guests on our unique story, winemaking philosophy, and bottle selections. Encourage wine club sign-ups and assist in offsite tastings and events as needed.
• Tasting Room Operations: Arrive promptly for opening or closing shifts to ensure the space is pristine, organized, and perfectly set up before guests arrive.
• FOH Support: Clear and sanitize tables, wash and polish glassware, and handle light organizational tasks in both the retail space and the back-of-house areas.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2 years related hospitality experience: Tasting room, bartender, barista or server
• Passion for Creativity and Hospitality: A strong interest in the hospitality and an eagerness to learn about our specific wine portfolio, varietals, and production methods.
• Professional & Reliable: High level of professionalism, strong work ethic, and impeccable punctuality. You are someone your team can consistently count on.
• People-First Attitude: Naturally friendly, outgoing, and comfortable adapting your communication style to everyone from casual enthusiasts to experienced tasters.
• Legal Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older and possess (or be able to obtain) RBS & Food Handler cards.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods of time and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs (case of wine).
