Job summary

2nd & Charles is seeking a team member to deliver exceptional customer service, operate the register, and help customers find books and merchandise. You will greet shoppers, answer questions, and process orders while maintaining the sales floor with fresh displays.

The role supports multiple departments and requires reliability and attention to detail in a fast-paced retail environment. As part of our store team, you’ll contribute to a positive shopping experience and uphold loss prevention

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of all background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with questions and orders.
• Sell products and participate in programs.
• Maintain displays and merchandising timelines.
• Restock and clean the sales floor.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention standards.
• Assist in other departments as needed.
