Job summary

You will unpack deliveries, stock cases, run the register, and maintain clean presentation while upholding FIFO and loss-prevention practices. As you gain experience, you may advance to Senior Barista; all staff must comply with company policies and participate

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful way and connect readers with the right beverages and café items.
• Maintain attractive café presentation and ensure efficient running of the Café.
• Unpack and stock deliveries; tidy the bakes case and dining area.
• Operate registers quickly and courteously.
• Follow FIFO and date products consistently and correctly.
• Support the bookfloor team when needed.
