Barnes & Noble Booksellers, Inc. is seeking a Lead Bookseller to guide the bookselling team, maintain compelling merchandise presentations, and oversee efficient store operations. You will train and coach staff, model customer-focused service, and ensure a welcoming environment for both customers and team members.

You will lead by example in attendance, reliability, and proactive problem solving, while advancing sales through expert product knowledge and hands-on leadership on the floor.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and reliability in a retail environment.
• Strong merchandising and presentation skills for books and displays.
• Customer-focused service with proactive problem solving.
• Ability to coach and develop team members on store standards.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including early mornings and late evenings.

Responsabilités
