Job summary

Books-A-Million is seeking an enthusiastic Bookseller to engage customers on the sales floor and at the register, turning curiosity into discovery. You’ll help customers find books they love and share recommendations, contributing to a welcoming store atmosphere.

In a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, you’ll collaborate with Associates and store leadership, balancing merchandising, checkout accuracy, and everyday upkeep while delivering an exceptional shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and pass background screenings.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to balance multiple priorities in a busy retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and assist in finding products.
• Drive sales by highlighting benefits and recommendations.
