Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and connect them with the right titles and products.
• Unpack deliveries and restock shelves; keep displays tidy.
• Operate the register efficiently and provide a high level of service.
• Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries and shelf replenishment.
• Support café operations when needed and use BookMaster for locating books.
• Follow loss prevention procedures and de-escalation when required.
