Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to greet customers and answer questions.
• Interest in books across fiction, nonfiction and children’s literature.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers cheerfully and help them find titles and products.
• Answer questions and connect readers with the right titles and recommendations.
• Maintain attractive book presentations and keep displays tidy.
• Unpack deliveries and shelve items efficiently.
• Operate registers and provide quick, friendly checkout service.
• Support café team when needed and assist with loss prevention procedures.
