Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful way, answering questions and connecting readers with titles and products.
• Maintain attractive store presentation and ensure efficient running, including unpacking and shelving deliveries.
• Operate registers in a quick and friendly manner to provide professional service.
• Support receiving and unpacking of deliveries and shelving following processes.
• Develop book knowledge across fiction, nonfiction, and children’s books to assist customers effectively.
