A leading talent solutions company seeks a Bookkeeping Supervisor to oversee projects, conduct audits, and enhance team performance in a fast-paced environment. The role requires experience in accounting, strong supervisory skills, and significant proficiency in bookkeeping software.
The Bookkeeping Supervisor will oversee and conduct reviews and audits on all bookkeeping projects. The role involves providing feedback and coaching to bookkeepers post-review, training the team on identified areas for improvement, and conducting one-on-one training sessions as needed. The supervisor may also perform bookkeeping duties, participate actively in meetings, and handle inquiries from management, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
This role operates in a cubicle-driven, production and time-sensitive environment. There is an opportunity for a hybrid work arrangement for suitable candidates. The firm offers a family culture environment and is part of a fast-growing team that values amazing talent.
The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $38.46/hr.
