Job summary

AlphaGraphics of Downtown Raleigh is seeking a Bookkeeper/Assistant Controller to manage financial processes at our Garner, NC facility. This position offers a salary range of $50,000 – $65,000, depending on experience, and requires in-person attendance.

The ideal candidate will maintain financial records, manage accounts payable/receivable, and assist with payroll and benefits. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred. Benefits include health insurance and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting or financial management experience.
• Experience in a small-to-medium sized business environment.
• Familiarity with payroll software and benefits administration tools.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the current Controller to gain accounting practices.
• Manage accounts receivable and invoicing processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile bank statements.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with related tax requirements.
• Utilize accounting platforms for reporting and improvements.
