Responsibilities

• Enter client data into bookkeeping system (income, expenses, checks, labor hours/codes).
• Record and report income, bank charges, and related data.
• Balance and reconcile ledgers; reconcile cash and bank accounts.
• Prepare periodic reports on income, expenses, taxes, and other required items.
• Perform payroll services and payroll reporting in compliance with wage laws.
• Maintain manual filing system for hard-copy documents.
• Identify process issues and propose improvements to management.
• Participate in training and team meetings to improve services.
