Kids for the Future is seeking a Bookkeeper to maintain a complete, accurate, and systematic set of records for all financial transactions carried out by the cooperative, supporting its mission, improving efficiency, and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will handle recordkeeping, office operations, and communications; prepare accounts receivable and bank deposits; reconcile cash, maintain sales and purchase records, and keep inventory and filing systems current; perform other duties

Responsabilités

• Recordkeeping: prepare accounts receivable, accounts payable and daily reports.
• Maintain cash receipts and bank deposits; reconcile with ledgers.
• Keep accurate records of all product sales and purchases; manage cash/credit transactions.
• Maintain perpetual inventory records; assist in pricing and inventory extensions.
• Prepare and submit accurate operating reports by due dates.
• Office operations: maintain inventories, equipment, and filing systems; keep area neat.
