H&R Block in the United States is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to deliver bookkeeping, payroll, and client service. You will be integral to helping clients with financial records, payroll processing, and tax-related statements.

With 1–3 years of bookkeeping experience, you will work to maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and strong organization while supporting client growth and retention opportunities.

Qualifications

• Post financial transactions into subsidiary books and ledgers.
• Balance and reconcile accounts with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements for clients.
• Process payroll and related tax documents.
• Prepare 1099s and W2s and related statements.
• Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and banks.
• Support client retention and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
