Cavalier Floors LLC in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting and finance tasks. The role demands confidentiality, reliability, excellent organization, and accuracy while maintaining strong customer relations.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, can own tasks, and work well in a team to meet deadlines. Responsibilities include payroll processing, JE entries, bank reconciliations, and monthly/weekly reporting, with HR and data-entry duties as needed.

Qualificações

• 3 years bookkeeping experience required.
• Proficient with QuickBooks and ADP payroll processing.
• Strong data entry, record keeping and GL understanding.
• Ability to work in a small team and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Process weekly payroll.
• Prepare payroll JE’s.
• Assist with monthly JE’s.
• Make bank deposits and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Credit card and monthly credit card reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly and weekly management and financial reports.
• Assist the general manager and controller with support, as needed.
• Maintain orderly filing system.
