• Balances and reconciles ledgers and reconciles cash and bank accounts.
• Develops detailed reports on income, expenses, gross taxes, and other reports as needed.
• Performs payroll services and prepares payroll reports in compliance with wage and hour laws.
• Maintains a manual file system for hard-copy documents after entry.
• Identifies issues with current processes and notifies management with potential solutions.
• Participates in meetings and training sessions to improve bookkeeping services for the client.
• Attends training related to effective performance of job duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
