Qualifications

• 1-3 years of previous bookkeeper experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in accounting activities including accounts receivables, payables, and payroll.
• Assist with month-end activities including account reconciliations.
• Gather and monitor financial data for reporting.
• Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies and perform variance analysis.

Skills

Familiarity with financial statements

Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities

Good communication skills

Experience with variance analysis and reporting

Education

BA/BS degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
