Mercedes-Benz of Smithtown is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper to join our centralized accounting team based in St James. The role includes handling accounts payable and receivable, deposits, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Schedule is Monday through Friday from 9am-2pm. Requirements include dealership experience preferred but not required, strong math and reconciling skills, and solid computer skills (email, MS Suite, Google Suite).

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable and Receivable, including deposits
• Reconciling corresponding schedules
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Miscellaneous small clerical duties

Requirements

• Dealership experience is preferred, but not required
• Solid math and reconciling skills
• Strong basic computer skills (email, MS Suite, Google Suite)
• Needs to be detail-oriented, problem-solver, and reliable
