The ideal candidate has strong accounting software proficiency with QuickBooks/Xero, sharp numerical skills, and attention to detail. Industry experience is a plus; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role.
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.) and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in the maintenance or service industry is a plus.
