Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping experience is required.
• Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday; weekend and evening availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Verifies, allocates and posts business transactions to subsidiary accounts from invoices, receipts and reports.
• Summarizes details in ledgers and transfers data to the general ledger.
• Reconciles and balances accounts.
• Compiles records of cash receipts, expenditures, payables/receivable and P&L.
• Calculates wages from time cards and payroll registers; may resolve payroll issues.
• Prepares tax reports.
• Mails monthly statements to customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
