Inceed, L.L.C. is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper in Edmond, Oklahoma to join their team. You will manage full-service bookkeeping for multiple clients, record transactions in QuickBooks, reconcile accounts, and handle payroll and tax reports.

This onsite role supports senior staff and contributes to accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience, strong QuickBooks skills, and solid Excel/Outlook knowledge.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Strong QuickBooks Desktop or Online experience.
• Payroll processing and reporting experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-service bookkeeping for multiple clients.
• Record financial transactions accurately in QuickBooks.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly.
• Track loan balances, interest, and amortisation schedules.
• Handle accounts payable tasks and process payments.
• Generate invoices, record payments, and prepare deposits.
• Assist with basic financial statement preparation.
• Process payroll and related tax reports.
• Maintain organised client records and documentation.
• Communicate professionally with clients on routine matters.
