Horizon Central in Riverside, CA is seeking a Bookkeeper for full-time employment. You will maintain financial records, process payroll, and manage accounts payable and receivable to support our finance team.

You will prepare monthly financial statements, analyze data, and provide insights to senior management while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes attention to detail, proficiency with software, and collaborative teamwork.

Formación

• 1-2 years of bookkeeping or related experience.
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of financial principles and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist with payroll processing, including preparing payroll registers and payroll taxes.
• Process and reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
• Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
