Responsibilities

• Input budgets and amendments via online computer system.
• Assist in maintaining a filing system of financial documents.

• Assist with bank reconciliations and receipts.
• Assist in posting all journal entries for finance department.
• Assist with opening and distributing mail.
• Assist with preparation of budget documents.
• Be able to communicate with staff regarding deficiencies in their purchase orders or payment authorizations.
• Reconciles monthly tax collections reports.
• Performs all duties in a safe manner to avoid injury to oneself and/or to others.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
