Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Virginia, MN is hiring a Bookkeeper / Customer Service Representative to maintain accurate financial records and assist customers. Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field.
• Previous customer service or office experience.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to type at least 50 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service by phone, email, and in person
• Assist customers with billing questions, payments, and account updates
• Process Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoices, and payments
• Enter and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and general office documents
• Support daily office operations with data entry and administrative tasks
