Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring immediately for a full-time HOURLY BOOKKEEPER ADMIN in Slidell, LA. The position focuses on maintaining accurate records for the assigned unit and supporting the finance team.

You will interact with customers, assist with reports, and help with payroll and general ledger tasks. Prior admin experience is preferred, with hours Monday–Friday and flexibility. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints.
• Assists Controller with reports and weekly closing procedures.
• Verifies, allocates and posts details of business transactions to subsidiary accounts.
• Summarizes details in ledgers or computer files and transfers data to general ledger.
• Calculates employee wages from time cards and submits payroll registers.
