Morrison Healthcare in Slidell, LA is hiring a Full-Time Hourly Bookkeeper Admin to maintain precise financial records and support payroll activities at Slidell Memorial, 1001 Gause Blvd., Slidell, LA 70458. The schedule is Monday–Friday with open availability preferred, and the pay range is $25.00 to $28.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous Admin Experience Preferred
• Maintains a complete and systematic set of records of business transactions for the assigned business unit.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints; relays relevant comments to supervisors.
• Represents the company in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner in all interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assists Controller with reports and weekly closing procedures.
• Verifies, allocates and posts details of business transactions to subsidiary accounts; reconciles and balances accounts.
• Summarizes details in ledgers or computer files and transfers data to general ledger.
