SodBusters, Inc. in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant to manage daily accounting, ensure accurate financial records, and support audits. The role requires hands-on QuickBooks work, payroll processing, and precise handling of AP/AR, tax filings, and IFTA reports.

You will maintain filing systems, reconcile accounts, and collaborate with vendors and tax agencies while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Proven experience with QuickBooks and IFTA reporting.
• Experience with payroll, AP, AR, and tax filings.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate and up to date financial records in QuickBooks.
• Process and manage payroll including payroll taxes, deductions, and reporting.
• Manage Accounts Payable including tracking invoices and vendor payments.
• Manage Accounts Receivable including creating accurate invoices, tracking payments, collections and bank deposits.
• Filing Sales and Excise taxes.
• Prepare and file IFTA reports with accuracy.
• Reconciliation of bank and credit accounts.
• Assist with financial audits and year-end tax preparation.
• Communicate with vendors, customers, financial institutions and tax agencies as needed.
• Maintain accurate filing systems.
• Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines and maintaining confidentiality.
