Job summary

Rödl USA is seeking a Bookkeeper/Accountant in Denver, CO, who will join the in-office BPO team. The role focuses on preparing financial statements, tax returns, and payroll while supporting client engagements and timely reporting.

Qualified candidates hold an accounting degree (or German Steuerfachangestellte) with 2+ years of accounting experience, and familiarity with QuickBooks, D365, and SAP is a plus. This is a full-time on-site opportunity.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Accounting or higher (or German Steuerfachangestellte(r)).
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant accounting experience including financial statements and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Prepare various sales and use tax returns and personal property tax returns.
• Process payroll.
• Provide client consultation on accounting, administration and tax needs.
• Take ownership of client engagements and complete within budget.
• Research technical issues and coordinate with Manager/Partner for guidance.
• Ensure timely completion and communicate project status.
