• Perform bank reconciliations, cash reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities.


• Process cash receipts, journal entries, accounts payable activities, and support accounts receivable functions.


• Assist with semi‑monthly payroll processing for approximately 70-80 employees, including payroll review and workers' compensation support.


• Import data from POS systems into the accounting platform, verify information, and ensure accuracy of financial reporting.


• Support a phased training process, beginning with cash receipts and progressing into accounts payable and payroll responsibilities.

Qualifications For The Bookkeeper

• Minimum of 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience


• Experience with bank reconciliations and transactional accounting functions such as AP, AR, payroll, or cash management


• Comfortable using Excel for reconciliations and maintaining financial records in a multi‑entity environment
