  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures.

Responsibilities

  • AP cycle management including processing multi-currencies invoices, new vendors setting-up, approval flow maintenance.
  • Direct communication with vendors and employees on an ongoing basis.
  • Responsible for employee expense reimbursement.
  • Manage several credit cards and Payem cards including recording and syncing transactions on a daily basis and performing monthly reconciliations.
  • Support month, quarter, and year-closing procedures.
  • Work in a multicurrency and international environment.

  • Certified bookkeeper (Minimum level 2. Type 3 is an advantage) - a must.
  • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience in a Hi-Tech or global company - a must.
  • Experience in handling travel invoices and employee reimbursements- advantage.
  • Experience with Netsuite ERP system – advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to enforce company policies and serve as a gatekeeper, while maintaining a high level of service orientation.
