Compensation: $18.00 - $19.50 / hour
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers on a timely basis
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collections
- Accurately record receivables in systems such as PARIS or DARMA
- Record daily cash receipts with a high level of accuracy
- Prepare and complete daily bank deposits in accordance with company procedures
- Maintain and reconcile petty cash funds
- Perform routine account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, including processing credits or adjustments as needed
- Audit invoicing against parker access lists to ensure billing accuracy
- Maintain organized records to support audits and compliance requirements
- Complete daily parking ticket reports and ensure proper tracking and storage
- Assist in preparing financial data for corporate reporting and audits
- Support variance tracking and flag discrepancies to management
- Maintain an organized accounting filing system (physical and/or digital)
- Provide general office support, including filing and supply management
- Assist with other administrative or operational tasks as needed
- Provide professional, courteous service when addressing billing inquiries or concerns
- Communicate effectively with guests, clients, and team members
- Escalate issues to the Location or Operations Manager when appropriate
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Prior experience in bookkeeping, cash handling, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a transactional environment
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Ability to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma required
- Previous experience in accounts reconciliation/accounts receivable /general accounting
- Must successfully pass a background check, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation verifying eligibility, as required by the Department of Homeland Security. Reimagined Parking participates in the E-Verify program to confirm employment eligibility.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Frequently operate small office equipment such as Laptop, calculator, copier/printer, etc.
- Will remain in seated position for extended periods of time
WORKING CONDITIONS
- May require weekends, holidays, or flexible scheduling based on location needs
- Role involves a mix of desk work and on-site operational support
- Work is performed indoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift
