What You’ll Do

As a Bookkeeper, you'll be a vital part of the engine that keeps our clients organized, compliant, and confident. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Daily & Monthly Bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online for multiple clients

• Categorizing transactions with speed, precision, and tax awareness

• Bank and credit card reconciliations

• Communicating with clients regularly for missing info, clarifications, and insights

• Generating financial reports for internal reviews and external presentations

• ️ Assisting in year-end tax prep and clean-up tasks

• Ensuring deadlines are met and no detail slips through the cracks

Who You Are

You’re not just a number cruncher — you’re someone who sees bookkeeping as the foundation of smart business decisions. You thrive on order, accountability, and helping clients succeed. We’re looking for someone who is:

• QuickBooks Online Certified (or eager to become certified)

• Strong understanding of accrual vs. cash basis accounting

• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a strong communicator

• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple clients/projects at once

• ️️️ Curious and proactive — you notice when things look off and dig deeper

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Franchise, multi-unit, or service-based business experience

• Previous work in a client-facing accounting firm

• Familiarity with Gusto, Xero, or other cloud accounting platforms
