A rapidly expanding professional services firm HQ in Maryland is adding a Bookkeeper to the client support team!

This role will enjoy a work-from-home arrangement as the firm's clients are all around the US!

This company dominates a niche market and cannot keep up with continuous referrals from the industry which is leading to amazing opportunity for growth and development for the team.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate in QuickBooks Online, Bookkeeping, Accounting, or other related field experience is a PLUS!
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a virtual client service team
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with all levels
  • Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and manage many clients simultaneously
  • Payroll processing experience is a PLUS! (Gusto, ADP, Paychex, Sure Payroll)
  • MS 365 Office Suite is a PLUS! (Excel, OneDrive, SharePoint, Word)
