Qualifications

• Available to work in NYC office 28 hours per week (Mon–Thu) from June 7 to August 12, 2027.
• Open to rising seniors, recent graduates, master's students, or entry-level candidates with up to 1 year of work experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate or master’s program.
• A passion for books is highly valued!
• The ideal candidate is organized and process-oriented, with an interest in production, business management, and/or rights management.

Responsibilities

• Process and code invoices for stock licensing
• Manage permissions requests from subrights and other internal departments
• Assist with projects to improve efficiencies and workflows
• Learn the nuts and bolts of book production, including how rights and content is managed at a major book publisher
