Job summary

Brodart Co. is seeking a Production Associate to efficiently process materials for customer orders. You will unload and reload materials, train new staff, and perform packing and assembly tasks such as pocketer, sizer, inserter, and gluer operations.

This role requires standing for long shifts, reading and following instructions, and maintaining a safe work environment. Overtime may be required to meet production needs, with teamwork and reliability emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Able to read and follow written or verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Unload materials in preparation for processing.
• Reload materials after processing is complete.
• Train new employees and share best practices.
• Perform pocketer, sizer, inserter, and gluer tasks according to process codes.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas.
• Adhere to company policies and be punctual and reliable.
• Overtime may be scheduled based on production needs.
• Cross-train and substitute tasks as directed by supervision.
