Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1+ years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead shifts and motivate others in a fast-paced setting.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Make sure every guest is delighted by the quality of our food, service, and staff.
• Lead, manage and develop team members through coaching and motivation to achieve goals.
• Participate in interviewing and selection processes.
• Train team in food safety standards and ensure adherence.
