Job summary

Jimmy Fresh! is hiring an Assistant Manager to help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. This role ensures the store remains in excellent condition and that all staff perform duties properly and efficiently.

You should be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive, with open availability and the ability to lead by example. Benefits include health, dental and vision options, plus first in line for open General Manager positions.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY.
• Able to work 40 hours per week.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to lift 30–40 lbs regularly and stand/bend/reach during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager.
• Ensure the store is maintained in exceptional order and employees perform duties properly and efficiently.
• Lead by example and execute systems with integrity.
• Coach and task-manage employees as needed.
